Dan has nearly 40 years of consulting experience, and has successfully managed the environmental aspects of multi-million dollar real estate portfolios across the country.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Rutgers University – Newark.
Dan’s extensive background includes civil engineering design, land surveying, ecological studies and evaluations, biological monitoring, and hazardous waste investigations and cleanups. He is also a USACOE certified wetland delineator and has conducted hundreds of wetland delineation, permitting and mitigation projects.
Dan oversees many of our large and complex hazardous waste investigations and cleanup projects.
He has managed portfolios for large retail petroleum clients and has completed projects under NJDEP’s Publicly Funded Response Element and Unknown Source Investigation Program, as well as a USEPA Superfund radioactive site investigation under USACOE oversight. Additionally, he has significant expertise in karst Phase I and Phase II investigations and aquifer studies.
As ESI’s COO, Dan is focused on directing our organizational and growth structure, workflow processes, and Key Performance Indicators to facilitate quality client deliverables. He is also responsible for advancing policies and implementing new and innovative procedures to enhance both staff and client experiences.
