Betty Lou has 36 years of experience in the environmental field specializing in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Due Diligence, and regulatory compliance.

She has a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements relating to ISRA, transaction-based regulations for Preliminary Assessments and Phase I ESAs, site investigations, remedial investigations and remedial actions, field sampling protocol for various regulatory programs, and manages the reporting and submission of deliverables to clients and legal counsel.

Betty Lou holds a BA in Environmental Science with a Minor in Biology from Alfred University.

She routinely assists clients in other regulatory areas such as wastewater and stormwater discharges, hazardous waste and Right-To-Know.

Betty Lou manages teams that oversee the inspection and evaluation of industrial, manufacturing and commercial facilities and has developed industrial discharge permits and compliance measures for these types of industries.

Additionally, she was a laboratory manager for a wastewater treatment plant in New Jersey where she supervised the collection and analysis of samples in accordance with state and federal regulations.
